Uptown

The Park Cities

Including both Highland Park and University Park, this luxurious part of town is well-established. Near the center of Dallas and Southern Methodist University, The Park Cities are ideally located. The area also includes many new restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Midtown

With many large corporations relocating to the area, Frisco is the second fastest growing city in the U.S. The Dallas Cowboys, Toyota and FedEx Kinkos are just a few of the companies that have led to rapid job growth in the area. The Colony’s - an area with abundant shopping and dining options – also makes this an ideal community. Frisco

The newest development in the area, this area is repurposing an older part of town into a live/work community. With trolley systems, parks, open space and a prime location, Midtown is growing at a rapid rate. Near the Galleria (and the United Real Estate – Dallas office!) this development also provides easy highway access.
